¶3Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case due to ulterior motives. It is submitted that 14.800 Kg Ganja is said to have recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused Arjun Sahu. There is no public or independent witness of the alleged recovery. Applicant is falsely implicated in the present case due to political village partibandi. The Court is also assured on behalf of the applicant that the applicant will not repeat any offence of the like nature and thus a prayer is made to consider the bail of the applicant as provided under Section 37 (i) (b)
