¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay enhanced compensation amount to the petitioners in terms of order dated

7.5.2022 under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

¶2Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of NOIDA Authority states that the enhanced amount of compensation has been released by issuing a cheque in favour of A.D.M. (Land Acquisition), Gautam Buddh Nagar.

¶3Under the circumstances aforesaid, it is open to the petitioners to approach A.D.M. (Land Acquisition), Gautam Buddh Nagar (respondent no.3) for release of the amount.
