¶1On 16.11.2023 following order was passed: "1. Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 prays for and is granted time to seek instructions on the aspect relating to payment of compensation for the super structure allegedly standing on the land purchased from the petitioners.

¶2List as fresh on 4.12.2023. "

¶2On matter being taken up today, Sri Suresh C. Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 states that the compensation amount for the superstructure has already been transferred to the account of the petitioners on 02.12.2023.

¶3Consequently, cause of action does not survive.
