¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the authorities concerned i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate - Tamkuhi Kushinagar to ensure the compliance of the order dated 23.9.2022 passed in Case No.8348 of 2022 (Virendra & others Vs. Rajaram & others) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as per the Field Book dated 17.5.2022 filed therein at the earliest in the interest of justice within stipulated time, fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ii) TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the authorities concerned to decide the Application dated 23.9.2023 of the Petitioner pending before the Respondent No.2 for execution of the order dated 23.9.2022 [filed as Annexure No.2 to this writ petition]."

¶3Instructions have been placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel, the same are taken on record.

¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel stated that boundary marks have been installed on

3.12.2023.

¶5In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
