¶1Heard Shri Yatharth Nath Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mukul Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears long pendency of Claim Petition No. 163 of 2019 (K.K. Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) described to be pending before U.P. State Public Services Tribunal.

¶3In view of the nature of relief being claimed, we are disinclined to issue any positive direction to the Statutory Tribunal to provide any fixed time. However, we leave it open to the petitioner to apply before the Tribunal by filing appropriate application on the prescribed format. If that application is filed within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, we are assured the Tribunal would pass appropriate order to address the grievance being voiced by the petitioner.
