The writ Court on 03.12.2021 while disposing of Writ-C No. 24951 of 2021 passed the following order:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3. Though various prayers are made in the writ petition, but Sri M.C. Gupta for the petitioner confines his relief in this writ petition to the extent of claim of honourarium for the services rendered as mediator. Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel appearing of the respondent nos. 2 & 3 submits that claim of the petitioner would be got examined in that regard. It is otherwise stated that exercise for empanelment of mediators is otherwise in process and would be concluded, as per law. In the facts of the case, it would therefore be appropriate to permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before the Secretary, District Legal Service Authority, Ghaziabad, who would examine petitioner's claim in respect of payment of honourarium amount as per rates settled and to ensure that necessary action in that regard is undertaken within a period of three months. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed off." Today, Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel appearing Allahabad High Court has placed before the Court the instructions so received by him. According to him, the representation of the applicant has been decided by order dated 20.12.2021. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
