¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.3 to take appropriate steps for delivery of possession to petitioner over his share in arazi no.1309M situate in Village Gaiwah Harnaval, Post Gairwah, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur, leased out to father of petitioner."

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that from perusal of the prayer as well as representation moved by the petitioner, it is apparent that petitioner has dispute with private respondents and in the garb of the present petition, the petitioner wants to settle his private dispute.

¶5In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
