¶1Instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶3The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: i.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the State respondents to remove the encroachment over the arazi no.745 and 746 recorded as Pokhari and Navin Parti in revenue record encroached by private respondent in pursuance of order dated 7.10.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Public Interest Litigation No.1687 of 2021 and further the revenue authority also make proper demarcation of bhumidhari land of the petitioner's arazi no.743 and 744 adjacent with arazi no.745 and 746.

¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated.

¶5In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed. Since, the proceedings have already initiated, it is expected that the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
