¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Sessions Trial No. 840 of 2021(State Vs. Bhoora @ Zainuddin and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 259 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C., P.S. Bithri Chainpur, District Bareilly, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Court no. 10 Bareilly.

¶3Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is informant and lodged F.I.R. against the opposite parties no. 2 to 7 in which charges have been framed but no witness has been examined and trial is pending since 2021.

¶4Considering the aforesaid facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
