¶1The prayer in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent no.3 to comply with earlier order of this Court dated

26.03.2021.

¶2The aforesaid order was passed in the writ petition filed by the petitioner (Writ-C No.23383 of 2020) with the grievance that he being an ex-military personnel was entitled to Patta of the agricultural land. The S.D.M. was directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

¶3We find that in pursuance of the order of this Court, the S.D.M. has decided the representation of the petitioner on 03.07.2021 and held that it would not be possible to grant Patta of the agricultural land to the petitioner. The said order is not under challenge.

¶4As the S.D.M. has already decided the representation in compliance of the order of the writ Court, therefore, unless the decision taken by him is challenged, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
