¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that no proceedings are initiated for dispossessing the petitioners over Gata No.429, 866 and 427 situated at Thingri, Tingi, Shahjahanpur.

¶5In view of the stand taken by the learned Standing Counsel, no further order is required to be passed.
