Judgment

Court No. - 88 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 32496 of 2023 Applicant :- Chetan Prakash Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Applicant :- Manoj Kumar Dubey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J.

¶1Shri Manoj Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter is pending before the trial court since 2011, and the witnesses are not co-operating with the trial. The trial court has also issued notices to the witnesses, and despite the non-bailable warrants, no one has turned up for recording the evidence.

¶2At this stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the proceedings of the trial court as I am not aware about the docket of the district courts, and no special reason has been put forth by the learned counsel for the applicant to buttress his contentions as to why his case be treated as special case at the cost of other cases pending trail before the instant case.

¶3In light of the observations made above, the instant petition is devoid of merits, and is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 4.12.2023 Anil K. Sharma [Vinod Diwakar, J.] High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
