¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 to decide the application/representation dated 6.9.2023 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 not to take the land of Khasra no.74 of petitioner no.1 and Khasra No.69 of petitioner no.2 situated in village Bluaa Bhawani Baks Singh, Tehsil Khajni, District Gorakhpur, otherwise the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that from perusal of the prayer claimed in the writ petition and representation moved by the petitioner, it appears that petitioners have dispute with private respondents and in the garb of the present petition, the petitioners want to settle their private dispute.

¶5In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶6Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to seek remedy as available to them under the law. Order Date :- 4.12.2023 S. Singh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
