¶1Affidavit of compromise filed before this Court is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated

09.07.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0125 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station-Kakadev, District-Kanpur Nagar.

¶4Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have entered into compromise out of court, which has been reduced in writing.

¶5Parties are directed to produce the alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall examine and consider the same and thereafter proceed strictly, in accordance with law.
