¶1The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to carry out demarcation of Khasra No. 1790 (m), village Bamrauli, Pargana Kada, Tehsil Sirathu, District Kaushambi.

¶2The petitioner has remedy of filing application for demarcation under the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code. We, therefore, decline to issue any direction and leave it open to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, if so advised.
