Sahi for respondents no. 5 and 6 and Sri M.A. Ausaf for respondent no.4 are taken on record. Today when the matter has been taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by Sri H.P. Shahi, who appears for the respondents no. 5 and 6 that the petitioner no.2 Nasiruddin Ansari stands removed by virtue of a no confidence motion on 16.11.2023, thus the writ petition which has been presented on 29.11.2023 is not maintainable. He further submits that the approval has been accorded by the Registrar/Inspector U.P. Madarsa Shiksha Parishad on 5.10.2023. At this stage, Sri Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi dispute the said fact however he seeks to file fresh petition questioning the approval of order dated 5.10..2023 and also to show his locus in that regard. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. In case a fresh petition is preferred then a copy of the writ petition be served upon Sri H.P.
