¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to grant additional compensation to the petitioners at the rate of 64.7% in terms of the Full Bench judgment in Gajraj and others vs. State of U.P. and other reported in 2011 (11) ADJ

¶2Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Greater Noida Authority submits that acquisition in question is not covered by the judgment in Gajraj (supra).

¶3Counsel for the petitioners, however, disputes the same.

¶4Having regard to the rival submissions, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent no. 3 to pass a speaking order in respect of the claim of the petitioners for grant of additional compensation within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order along with a fresh representation.
