¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the department has introduced a one time scheme for settlement of dues of the consumers and the petitioner in order to avail the benefits of the said scheme wishes to withdraw the petition. It may be dismissed as withdrawn.
