¶1The petitioner has prayed for quashing of a show cause notice dated 29.09.2023 whereby he has been called upon to show cause as to why the unauthorized constructions raised by him should not be demolished.

¶2The petitioner has already submitted reply to the show cause notice.

¶3Shri Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for Prayagraj Development Authority very fairly states that in case no decision has been taken so far on the basis of show cause notice, the same would be taken after duly considering the reply.

¶4Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to pass final order in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 29.09.2023 after considering the reply of the petitioner and not to take any coercive measure until decision is taken in the matter.
