¶1The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to hand over possession of the terrace of the shops which had been allotted to them. The case of the petitioners is that under the agreement, they were also entitled to possession of the terrace so that they could raise construction over it. The petitioners have filed representation dated 05.08.2023 and prayed that the same may be directed to be decided.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 has no objection to the same.

¶3Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide representation dated 05.08.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation dated
