¶1After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under Section 35 (1) of the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021.

¶2Prayer is allowed.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
