Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has already filed reply to the show cause notice issued to him under Section 3/4 of U.P. Control of Goonda ACt, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut. Grievance is that no decision has been taken and the petitioner is being harassed. Learned A.G.A. states that without considering petitioner's objection, no further action shall be taken against him. In the facts of the case, we dispose of the petition with the direction to second respondent to consider petitioner's objection, contained in Annexure-3 to the writ petition, and pass appropriate final order, in accordance with law, before proceeding any further in the matter.
