This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No.0696 of 2023, under Sections 323, 342, 366, 376, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station-Firozabad South, District-Firozabad. We have perused the F.I.R. which contains allegations with regard to enticing away the victim and also subjecting her to sexual assault. The correctness or otherwise of the allegations is not required to be examined in the present proceedings. Since prima facie allegations of commissioning of cognizable offence are clearly disclosed in the F.I.R., we decline the prayer made to quash the F.I.R. Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
