Lohamandi, District - Agra, pending in the court of 5th Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Agra within some stipulated period. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the 5th Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Agra is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously as early as possible, in accordance with the provisions contained in Sections 143(2) & (3) of N.I. Act, subject to full co-operation by the parties, if there is no other legal impediment. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
