Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the In-charge Court, Varanasi is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
