It has been stated by Shri Narendra Kumar Giri, counsel for the respondent that appropriate decision shall be taken by the Chief Election Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh State Co-operative Election Commission, respondent no. 2 for early holding of the elections as the voter list has been finalized by the Registrar and sent to the Commission and, therefore, appropriate decision shall be taken and fresh program shall be issued. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
