This application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the trial court to decide the Complaint case no. 797 of 2020, under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Baghpat, District - Baghpat, pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C., Baghpat within some stipulated period. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C., Baghpat is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
