The writ Court on 25.01.2022 while disposing of Writ-C No.1031 of 2022 had passed the following order:- "1. ¶4The objection is well founded.

¶5In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for counter affidavit.

¶6Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a fresh application for issuance of correct marksheet with correct enrollment number (08109259) alongwith a copy of this order and the original marksheet issued to him with wrong enrollment number (08104805) within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent-University shall make necessary corrections and issue a fresh marksheet to the petitioner with correct enrollment number within a period of two weeks therefrom." In view of the said fact as the order of the writ Court has been complied with and the revised mark-sheet has been issued to the applicant, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
