The petitioner is working as an Assistant Development OfÏcer in the department of Panchayat Raj, is aggrieved for not being accorded the 2nd and 3rd benefit under the Assured Carrier Progression benefits Scheme though he claimed to have been qualified period of service to his credit as per government order issued in that regard on 5th November, 2014. Learned Advocate appearing fore the petitioner submits that in the above regard, he has already represented the matter before the District Panchyat Raj, Prayagraj on 30.10.2023. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event matter is directed to be examined and disposed of by the competent respondent,namely, District Panchayat Raj OfÏcer, in accordance with law. In view of aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to District Panchyat Raj OfÏcer to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order in accordance with law by means of reasoned and speaking order.
