In compliance of the order dated 16.11.2023, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Aligarh, Mr. Dhananjay Jaiswal is present before this Court alongwith his personal affidavit, which is taken on record. For the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the exemption application, the personal appearance of the officer concerned is exempted. In the personal affidavit, it has been submitted that the cause of action of the petitioner has been managed as the final enquiry against the concerned Pradhan has been concluded and his financial and administrative powers has been restored vide order dated 16.11.2023, after giving warning to him. In view of the above, nothing remains in the petition and the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
