¶1Heard Shri Rajesh Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, and perused the record.

¶2The applicant has challenged the maintenance order dated

15.6.2023 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Muzaffarnagar in Case No.732/11 of 2020 (Mariyan v. Hasim) under section 125 Cr.P.C.

¶3On perusal of the record, it transpires that the maintenance application was filed in the year 2020, and the award was passed on 15.6.2023, almost after three years, since then nothing was paid to the respondent-wife till date.

¶4Needless to say, necessary steps be taken by the Family Court to ensure timely realization of the maintenance in the light of Smt. Parul Tyagi v. Guarav Tyagi case passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No.8162 of 2023, decided on 4.8.2023.

¶5On perusal of the impugned order, it also transpires that the court has taken all the relevant factors for deciding the maintenance application.
