State of U.P.), under Section 6 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, Police Station-Naugawan Sadat, District-Amroha within stipulated time. Considering the limited submission at bar, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2/Commissioner Moradabad Division, Moradabad, to decide the appeal, if still pending, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid appeal.
