The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.11.2023 passed in Appeal No. 1747 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. C-202311000001747), Aman Khan Vs. State of U.P., by Commissioner, Meerut Division as well as order dated 04.10.2023 passed by Additional Police Commissioner, Commissionerate Ghaziabad in Case No. 529 of 2023, State Vs. Aman Khan, Police Station-Modi Nagar, District-Ghaziabad. As the appeal against the order dated 04.10.2023 is pending, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2/Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut to decide the appeal, if still pending, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid appeal.
