¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

19.10.2023.

¶3Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.

¶4Learned A.G.A. informed that notices has been served on the informant, but no one has appeared on his behalf.

¶5In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 19.10.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶6The bail application is allowed.
