Rahul Kumar) Computerised Case No. D202001490000648, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, Police Station-Bichhwan, District-Mainpuri within stipulated time. Considering the limited submission at bar, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2/Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra to decide the appeal, if still pending, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid appeal. The externment order challenged in appeal shall remain in abeyance during the pendency of appeal. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
