¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri Shishir Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 and Sri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 and 3.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, has submitted before this court that petitioner does not want to press this writ petition. He prays that this writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
