¶1Heard Sri Ram Krishna Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Surendra Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The only grievance which has been raised through the instant petition that the plot no.174 was reserved for Dr. Ambedkar Community Center and the same has already been constructed over plot no.81M but the entries are still available in respect of plot no.174 against Dr. Ambedkar Community Center and the same has been sought to be rectified/corrected by the concerned revenue authority.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel submitted through the instructions which are taken on record that process has already been initiated in pursuance to the letter dated 20.11.2023 issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and the same shall be done in due course of time.
