¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the informant brings on record the marriage registration certificate of applicant and the victim.

¶3In the present case the applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this Court by the order dated 12.09.2023.

¶4Counsel for the informant does not dispute the contents of the aforesaid supplementary affidavit.

¶5Keeping in view the averments made in the affidavit of the applicant, it is hereby directed that the interim bail granted to the applicant by the order dated 12.09.2023 is regularised on same terms and condition.
