¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners and perused the record.

¶2Present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court-III, District Ghaziabad to finally the Case No. 2055 of 2019, under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad (Smt. Rajni Versus Monu Kumar Saini) on day-to-day basis. It appears from the perusal of the order sheet that issue has already been framed in the matter.

¶3The matter is pending before the Court below since 2019 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter.

¶5In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to court below before whom case is pending to decide the aforesaid case/suit expeditiously in accordance with law preferably with a period of six weeks from today and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
