¶1Heard Shri Pradyum Kumar Pandey, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Ravikant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Abhishek Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the University.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Controller of Examination, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur as respondent No. 3 in the writ petition during the course of the day.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:

(i) The petitioner, if aggrieved by the non-declaration of her result, may file a fresh application annexing therewith the relevant documents before respondent No. 3, Controller of Examination, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur within a period of three weeks along with certified copy of this order.

(ii) The respondent No. 3, Controller of Examination, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur shall take a decision on the said application in accordance with law by 15.02.2024 and shall inform the petitioner about the same by registered post immediately thereafter.

(iii) It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the petitioner's claim.

(iv) It is for the respondent No. 3 to deal with application of the petitioner, strictly as per law/guidelines/provisions/norms. applicable. Order Date :- 4.12.2023 Sazia High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
