¶1This writ petition has been filed by one Adarsh Kumar Shukla, seeking a direction for the respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Prayagraj to take action against respondent No. 4, i.e. Manager/Principal, Sukhrawati Public School Bamaila, Tehsil Handia, Prayagraj.

¶2Shri Hridai Narain Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that the dispute raised is primarily with respect to some action taken in relation to the admission of certain students.

¶3The Court finds that no student, whose admission has been adversely affected, has come before this Court.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the student is minor.

¶5Be that as it may, the petitioner having no locus to maintain this writ petition, the writ petition at the behest of the petitioner is not maintainable.

¶6The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the aggrieved student to avail remedy under the law with appropriate frame and relief. Order Date :- 4.12.2023 Sazia High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
