¶1The petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 19.06.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0323 of 2023, u/s 498A/323 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ballia.

¶2Mediation has admittedly failed in the matter. The Charge-sheet has been submitted. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge.

¶3In that view of the matter, we decline to quash the F.I.R.
