¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order 27.05.2023 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Jaunpur in Case No. RST/4891/2021 (Computerized No. D202114360004891) (Lalchandra Vs. State of U.P. and others), under Section 115P of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1952 (Annexure No. 3 to the petition)."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 333 of Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1901.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
