In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and on the basis of his instructions, states that the final orders have been passed on the representation of the petitioner on 3rd November, 2023. In view of the aforesaid, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn to enable him to file the alternative remedy of appeal under Section 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as noted above.
