¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents no. 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the obstructors i.e. respondent no. 5 and 6 who are creating obstruction in constructing the house of the petitioner in his own land as there is no any restraining order against the petitioner.

ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the grievance of the petitioner for which he approached the respondent no,. 2 vide application dated 25.10.2023."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that from the perusal of the relief and the representation made by the petitioner, it is clear that petitioner has dispute with private respondent nos. 5 and 6 and in the garb of this writ petition, the petitioner wants to settle his private dispute.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
