¶1The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents no.1 and 2 to comply with their orders passed against respondent no.3.

¶2The case of the petitioner is that he filed a complaint against respondent no.3 regarding illegal constructions raised by him over public land. On 30.05.2023, the Secretary, Mathura Vrindavan Vikas Pradhikaran passed an order for demolition of constructions existing over land which were in excess of the ownership of respondent no.3. The petitioner now seeks enforcement of the said order.

¶3There is no averment in the writ petition that the order dated

30.05.2023 has attained finality. Indisputably, the said order is an appealable order. We are not inclined to issue any direction at this stage.
