¶1Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents constructed a public toilet over his private land. The petitioner has filed representation on 10.10.2023 before respondent no.3 raising the aforesaid grievance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the representation.

¶2Sri Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 states that the representation may be directed to be decided by the District Magistrate - respondent no.2 as the allegation is against respondent no.3.

¶3In view of the submission made, we dispose of the instant petition with the direction to the District Magistrate - respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner as may be filed along with true attested copy of the instant order within two weeks from today, by means of a speaking order, within next four weeks after hearing both the sides.
