¶1Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner states, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the resolution dated 21/23.01.2023 as approved by the Administrative Committee on 11.05.2023.

¶3Further, Sri Awasthi would submit, necessary guidelines considered by the Administrative Committee are not commonly available.

¶4Accordingly, we provide, a copy of the guidelines referred to in the resolution may be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner through e-mail within a period of three days.
