¶1Heard Sri Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the impugned order dated 11.10.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra in Case No.557 of 2021, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Shahganj, District Agra.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has challenged the order dated 11.10.2023 by which learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra decided the interim maintenance application of the applicant/complainant. From perusal of order, it appears that application U/s 125 Cr.P.C. was decided vide order dated 02.07.2005 on terms of compromise, now again applicant moved maintenance application U/s 125 Cr.P.C. on 05.04.2021, which is pending and objection has been filed by opposite party No.2.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to decide the maintenance application filed U/s 125 Cr.P.C. of the applicant in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
