¶3In the above regard, learned counsel for the petitioner has already represented the matter before the District Panchayat Raj Officer on 29.10.2023 but the same has not been decided till date.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, namely, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Kanpur Dehat to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated
